On the 27th of October 2024 at 00:00 hours, the Fire and Rescue Department of
MYSverse, along with the Dutch Fire Brigade (Brandweer) and London Fire Brigade
(LFB), officially signed off the charter to commission the Association of International Fire
Rescue Services (AIFRS) at Den Haag, Netherlands earlier this morning local time. In
attendance included the Deputy Fire Commissioner of Bomba Jingokiloman and Prime
Minister BernardGTemplar. The Association of International Fire Rescue Services is a
new international organization aiming to unite all fire and rescue services from around
the international community to promote and strengthen the fire rescue sector. The
Association will also act as an international relief organization that can be called to
deploy to nations and areas that require humanitarian and aid relief in the case of
disaster scenarios. The Fire Rescue Department of MYSverse is proud to be a founding
member of AIFRS along with its Dutch and British counterparts.
